Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zscaler Delivery Manager / Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Zscaler cloud security transformation and migration programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical project/delivery management, network security, Zscaler implementation, migration, stakeholder management and vendor coordination.

This is a delivery/project management role and not a hands-on Zscaler engineering position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Zscaler implementation and transformation projects.
• Manage Zscaler platforms including ZIA, ZPA and Zscaler Client Connector.
• Drive migration from traditional VPN, proxy and on-premises security infrastructure to Zscaler/Zero Trust architecture.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, escalations and remediation plans.
• Coordinate Zscaler engineers, network/security, infrastructure, application and vendor teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication and conduct regular governance meetings.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, change, release and production rollout activities.
• Ensure project delivery meets agreed timelines, quality, SLA and KPI requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate incident/problem escalations during migration and stabilization.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer and service transition to BAU are completed.
• Provide regular project status and executive-level reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and Zero Trust adoption initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• 812+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery / Project / Program Management.
• Strong experience managing Network Security / Infrastructure transformation projects.
• Hands-on project delivery experience with Zscaler ZIA and/or ZPA.
• Experience managing Zscaler implementation, migration or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of Zero Trust, SASE, SSE, Proxy, SWG and VPN.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and cross-functional team management experience.
• Strong experience with RAID management, governance, reporting, escalation and risk management.
• Experience managing UAT, change/release, production rollout and service transition.

Good to Have

• Experience with Zscaler Client Connector.
• Exposure to Palo Alto, Cisco, F5, Netskope or Fortinet.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Okta / SSO.
• Understanding of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls and routing.
• Experience in large enterprise or BFSI environments.
• Experience in SASE / SSE / Zero Trust transformation programs.
