Summary: Modern Woodmen is a member-owned fraternal financial services organization. They are seeking a Financial Representative to address members’ financial needs and support the growth of the local office.
Responsibilities:
- Addressing members’ financial needs
- Demonstrating leadership in the community
- Supporting the continued growth of the local office
- Recruiting, training, and developing other financial representatives
- Contributing to the overall success of the team
Required Qualifications:
- Someone who is Team Spirited, Enthusiastic and possesses a great Attitude when facing challenges
- Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand
- SIE Certification or Willingness to Quickly Obtain
- Life/Health License or Willingness to Quickly Obtain
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possessing a competitive nature or experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus
Required Skills: SIE Certification, Life License, Health License, Genuine and Authentic Attitude
