They are seeking a Department Intern in Graphic Design to handle small publishing projects, support marketing initiatives, and coordinate with team members to ensure brand consistency and quality in design. Responsibilities: - Handles small publishing projects in-house such as the design and production of flyers, print advertising, direct mail postcards, display graphics, etc. in accordance with brand and hospital graphic standards - Support service line marketing and physician practice initiatives with creative design solutions maintaining consistency and brand alignment of product line and corporate communications - Coordinate with the other members of the Marketing Team and other vendors to complete various projects - Must be able to comfortably work in fast-paced environment. Should be able to take directions well, be extremely organized, pay attention to details and demonstrate abilities to juggle numerous projects within defined deadlines - Use online content management tools to communicate with the other team members, organize and track project poofs, files and timelines - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Mac OS, Microsoft applications and file management Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products Preferred Qualifications: - Graphic Design majors or recent graduates preferred - Candidates must have good academic performance - Excellent written and oral skills - Ability to solve problems and have strong attention to detail Required Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Graphic Design
