Job Description
Summary: Northrop Grumman is a leading aerospace and defense technology company, and they are seeking Associate Energetics Manufacturing Engineers to join their team in Elkton, MD. The role involves providing manufacturing support, creating and maintaining process control documentation, and establishing manufacturing lines for new products while ensuring quality and cost requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide manufacturing support to operations to meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements
- Create, maintain and improve Process Control Documentation
- Establish manufacturing lines for new products and product upgrades
- Conduct continuous improvement activities
- Establish Key Characteristics for manufacturing/processing and ensure systems are in place to monitor/control them
Required Qualifications:
- Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from an accredited institution by August 2026
- Be majoring in or having majored in Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or Electro-Mechanical engineering, or closely related discipline
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
