Summary: BHC Alhambra Hospital is a private, fully accredited, full-service acute psychiatric hospital located in Rosemead, California. The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Team by maintaining employee personnel files, assisting with organizing employee events, and ensuring confidentiality of employee information. Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing personnel-related documents for TJC surveys - Prepare personnel files and maintain personnel records in accordance to facility and corporate personnel policies and guidelines - Audit personnel files, ensuring all information is current and accurate - Validate licenses of all employees through the appropriate licensing board - Sending out the SkillSurvey questionnaires and return key deposit letters to terminated employees - Log in Onboarding documents on spreadsheet and email department heads Required Qualifications: - High school degree or equivalent - A minimum of one (1) year experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office - Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested Required Skills: Personnel Records Management, License Validation, Onboarding Documentation, SkillSurvey Questionnaires, Spreadsheet Management Benefits: Challenging and rewarding work environment, Career and growth opportunities, Comprehensive Benefits
