Junior Operations Analyst at North Shore Medical Labs in Pakistan

Nortec Software is looking for an Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day administrative and back-end operations of a USA-based healthcare client.

The role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating operational activities, and providing general support to ensure that day-to-day processes are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn healthcare-related processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for a USA-based healthcare client.
• Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and internal reports.
• Perform data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with documentation and routine follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal team members regarding operational tasks and requirements.
• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within the required timelines.
• Use Microsoft Excel for basic data management, tracking, and reporting.
• Communicate professionally with team members and other stakeholders through email and other communication channels.
• Follow established processes and procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Learn and adapt to healthcare-related workflows and software systems.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably BA or BBA.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good computer and internet skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM night shift.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working with a USA-based team. Prior healthcare experience is helpful but not required if the candidate has the right communication skills, work ethic, and ability to learn.

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
