Come get paid to plan and execute activities for individuals with disabilities!  Job Tasks: • Develops an activities program based on our residents’ interests, needs, and abilities, enhancing their wellness and quality of life. • Creates an activities calendar that highlights the scheduled activities, events, and outings. • Establishes and maintains a volunteer program through recruiting and provides training and support for our individuals. • Interact with each individual to build rapport. • Provide support with social skills and life skills. • Assist in maintaining a clean environment. • Complete daily documentation. Requirements   Requirements: • Be 18 years of age or older. • Pass a criminal background check. • Pass a pre-employment drug screening. • Have a UT drivers license/ ID.
