[Introduction]

Try to persuade the candidate to read more about the job. People are self-oriented and will be more invested to read the text if they know why it’s relevant for them. Capiture their interest. Describe the challenge, show what they will contribute to or give insight in the fun aspects of the job. Play into the information need of your target group and avoid clichés.

Your New Responsibilities

[Description role]

There are many ways to describe the role. Maybe describe a day on the job or be specific about responsibilities or tasks. Also here, keep your target group in mind. What appeals to them and what do they need to know to apply?

Our Offer

[Relevant benefits, preferably in bullet points – optional an additional text]

List the benefits, and make sure they are actual benefits and not requirements for the job (like a phone or laptop). And please add a salary range (especially in The Netherlands). You will get a much bigger response, up to 70% more.

Your Profile

[profile, preferably in bullet points]

Specify the requirements for the job, but keep it functional. What is really necessary (must haves) and what are advantages they can bring (like to haves). Don’t add unnecessary qualities, you don’t want to scare of good candidates that are too critical of themselves.

Your New Workplace

[Company culture]

Describe the work environment and name examples. Make it as concrete as possible, to proof what kind of culture they will enter. Elaborate on opportunities, guidance and trainings, work life balance and provide perspective.

Please also add information about your entity.
