Product Strategy androadmap:Define and drive the product roadmap for experimentation and platform infrastructure, ensuring alignment with Nordstrom’s engineering strategy and broader digital product goals.Evaluate where AI and automation can accelerate roadmap delivery or unlock new platform capabilities.Evangelize the roadmap with stakeholders across Engineering,Product, Digital MerchandisingandAnalytics. AI exploration:Nordstrom is actively exploring how AI can improve experimentation andmonitoringworkflows.This rolewon'tcome with a fully baked AI roadmap. The PM in this role will helpdeterminewhere AI adds real value to our platform capabilities, build the case to invest, and execute on the bets that clear the bar. Technical Vendor Management:Own vendor relationships with partners including OptimizelyandQuantum Metric,defining platform roadmap requirements, feature prioritization, integration needs, and performance expectations. Platform health and measurement:Define and monitor KPIs across your portfolio.Use those metrics to make investment decisions. Stay current with emerging practices in frontend platform engineering and experimentation tooling. Product execution and delivery:Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for platform features,toolingimprovements, vendor integrations, and infrastructure upgrades.Define clear definitions of done and measurement plans.Own launch plans including UAT, communication, change management, and post-launch validation.Work with engineering to drive progress through day-to-day backlog management, agile ceremonies, and release planning. Collaboration and Influence:Partner with Engineering Managerand Tech Leadstoalign onpriorities and execution. Collaborate withEngineering,Product,Analytics,Digital Merchandisingteams, dependingon your platforms. Excellenceat working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning diverse teams through clear, persuasive communication.
