Job Description
Join the most exciting school in Europe!
Yes, we are Europe’s largest innovation hub, but we are also so much more: an IB School, a Boarding School (BSA member), and a College. H-FARM International School provides students and staff with a unique environment that celebrates growth, creativity, and community.
Our distinctive approach, rooted in the Six Dimensions of Success, enables students to achieve academic excellence, develop emotional resilience, build meaningful social connections, engage actively with their communities, master languages, and adopt a future-ready mindset. This framework defines who we are and sets us apart.
- Learning Success – Real-world, engaging learning that sparks creativity, sharpens problem-solving, and drives academic excellence.
- Emotional Success – A supportive environment where students build resilience, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.
- Social Success – Meaningful relationships that foster collaboration, empathy, and a global sense of connection.
- Community Success – Inspiring changemakers committed to inclusivity, service, and shared responsibility.
- Language Success – Multilingual fluency that opens doors across cultures and opportunities.
- Future-Ready Success – Equipping students with technological, entrepreneurial, and forward-thinking skills to lead confidently in a fast-changing world.
If you are an educator who shares our vision for innovation, inclusivity, and preparing students to succeed beyond the classroom, we want to hear from you.
