Summary: Noom is a consumer-led digital health company focused on helping people live better, longer. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business partnership, particularly in operational expenditure forecasting and variance analysis. Responsibilities: - Support the development and maintenance of forecast models to track and analyze OPEX across departments, helping to identify and explain variances - Assist in the monthly close process by preparing variance analyses and contributing to reporting materials that highlight key performance drivers - Partner with Accounting and Treasury teams to support accurate forecasting and alignment with monthly actuals - Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders - Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts within FP&A to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality - Support expense management processes, including tracking and approvals - Manage actuals and forecasting within Workday Adaptive Planning Required Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related field, ideally within a high-growth or DTC environment - Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with working knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis - Familiarity with tools such as Adaptive, Tableau, or Looker (or similar platforms) - Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate findings effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities - A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a cross-functional environment Required Skills: Financial modeling, Variance analysis, Excel proficiency Important Skills: Google Sheets proficiency, Adaptive Planning, Data analysis Nice-to-Have Skills: Collaborative mindset Benefits: Discretionary performance-based bonus, Stock awards, Healthcare (featuring a plan with premiums covered by Noom), Paid holidays and paid leave (including Summer Fridays), 401k program, Various cash stipends and budgets for employees (wellness, tech, learning & development, etc)
