Job Description
Summary: Nokia is a global leader in connectivity for the AI era, and they are seeking a Corporate Development Intern to support financial analysis and assist in M&A and strategic projects. The intern will collaborate with team members, research market trends, and maintain project trackers.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial analysis and assist in building simple valuation models for M&A and strategic projects
- Collaborate with team members during various stages of the deal process, including research, document preparation, and information organization
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry data to inform decision-making
- Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and dashboards as directed
- Contribute to annual planning and investment reviews by gathering and organizing relevant information
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution
- Basic knowledge of Excel and interest in financial modeling; willingness to learn and develop these skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in valuation, M&A, and corporate finance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas
- Attention to detail and a willingness to receive feedback
- Motivated, curious, and able to work effectively in a team environment
