Production Associate at Nobel Biocare in Lubbock, TX

Summary: Nobel Biocare is currently seeking entry level, full-time Production Associates to join their team. The role involves assisting in performing various manufacturing tasks for medical devices, including dental guided tissue regeneration membranes and bone grafting products. Responsibilities: - Follow cleanroom procedures and manufacture medical devices in accordance with national, international, and internal quality system regulations - Mix solutions used in the cleanroom - Inspect, test and approve incoming raw materials - Prepare products for sterilization - Assist in labeling, packaging and shipping of finished products - Operate cleanroom and packaging equipment - Cleanroom cleaning and general facility maintenance Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required - Ability to read, write, and speak English - Ability to lift 25 pounds - Ability to perform repetitive and detailed tasks - Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday – Friday Required Skills: Cleanroom procedures, Medical device manufacturing, Solution mixing, Raw material inspection, Product sterilization preparation, Packaging, Shipping, Cleanroom equipment operation, Packaging equipment operation, Facility maintenance Benefits: Annual performance bonus, Medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match
