Summary: NJM Insurance Group is accepting applications for their Summer 2026 Internship Program, seeking an analytical and inquisitive intern to join their Quality Engineering Team. The QA Automation intern will engage in testing and coding projects, completing training and job shadowing along the way. Responsibilities: - Learn the Quality Engineering function in Software development lifecycle and assist the teams with: - Design, develop and make improvements to the test automation framework written in Java - Work with other SDET’s and Testers to troubleshoot automation framework issues and provide fixes - Build and deploy build to production environment - Create Manual and automated test scripts to test the application under test - Execute both Manual and Automated tests to support project delivery teams - Manual validation of Documents generated against specified requirements Required Qualifications: - Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA (3.5 or above is preferred) - Rising senior or junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent - Demonstrates knowledge in one or more programming and scripting languages such as Java, C#, .NET and JavaScript etc - Demonstrates an aptitude for software engineering - Ability to learn quickly (functional and technical aptitudes) and apply those learnings - Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - 3.5 or above GPA Required Skills: Java, C#, JavaScript, .NET, Programming languages, Test automation framework, Manual testing, Automated testing, Software engineering, Analytical skills Benefits: Lunch with our leaders., Meaningful work where you are a contributor and collaborator., Team Intern Project: Researching and presenting a business question to our top leaders., Leader Presentations: Insurance Industry, Key Departments and how they work and more., Informational interviews in areas you want to learn more about., Intern Fun:, Night at the Trenton Thunder Game, Volunteer activities to give back to the community in which we serve., Networking events, Game days
