Location: Nashville, TN, United States

The Intern will support various projects and daily operations within a designated department while gaining hands-on experience and exposure to professional practices in a corporate environment. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking to apply their academic knowledge, develop practical skills, and explore career interests in a real-world setting. The intern will work under the supervision of a designated mentor or manager and collaborate with team members across the organization.

• Assist with departmental tasks, projects, and administrative duties as assigned

• Conduct research and compile data to support team initiatives and reports

• Attend meetings and take notes or assist with preparation of presentation materials

• Organize and maintain files, documents, or digital content

• Participate in team brainstorming sessions or project planning activities

• Prepare summaries, spreadsheets, or reports to communicate findings and outcomes

• Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and gain professional exposure

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program (Assoicates, Bachelors, or Masters level)
• Pursuing a degree related to the department (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, etc.)
• Ability to commit to a part-time or full-time internship schedule as defined by the department

Nissha Medical Technologies is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $17-$21/hour. The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
