Nissan of Hendersonville is looking for an energetic, motivated BDC / Internet Sales Representative to join our team.

You’ll connect with customers who are interested in purchasing a vehicle, answer questions, follow up on leads, and turn conversations into appointments.

Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. If you're great on the phone, comfortable with technology, competitive, and enjoy helping people, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Respond to internet and phone leads
• Connect with customers by phone, text, and email
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Follow up with customers and build relationships
• Maintain customer activity in our CRM
• Work with the sales team to turn opportunities into sales

• Customer service, sales, call center, or BDC experience is a plus
