HR Internship at Nibav Lifts in Chennai(Palavakkam)

Role & responsibilities

• Formulating job descriptions and models for positions across PAN India operations.
• Source suitable candidates based on job requirements and critical attributes, ensuring the timely delivery of quality resumes
• Attracting suitable candidates through online job boards, social media, etc.
• Optimize the utilization of talent sourcing portals and referrals to maintain a data bank/talent pool for future requirements.
• Assist in the end-to-end process of recruitment for positions across different levels
• Facilitate the entire recruitment process by scheduling interviews, verifying offer details, issuing offers, conducting follow-ups, managing the offers database, and communicating rejection notifications through emails.
• Establish and manage talent pipelines for present and future job opportunities, collaborating closely with hiring managers to pinpoint staffing requirements.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and basic conversational fluency in Hindi are mandatory.
