Role & responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.

• Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services.

• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.

• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.

• Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients.

• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those. • Follow-up with clients for an annual maintenance contract.

• Payment collections as per schedule.

• Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPIs.
