As a Robot Operator / Service Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced robotic systems deployed on solar sites to ensure their efficient operation and optimization. Responsibilities: - Remotely operate and monitor robotic systems deployed at solar sites, ensuring missions are completed accurately and efficiently - Safely operate and maintain robots in accordance with company and customer safety standards, always prioritizing risk mitigation and proper documentation - Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and resolve issues related to robotic performance - Assist in routine maintenance and perform basic on-site repairs as needed - Support the deployment of robotic systems at new or existing solar sites, including setup, testing, and confirmation of operational readiness - Accurately document mission performance, travel logs, anomalies, and maintenance actions using internal platforms and tools - Clearly communicate robot status, site conditions, and technical findings to internal operations and engineering teams - Travel to solar field sites up to 60% of the time as needed for deployment, support, or repairs Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (technical education or certification is a plus) - Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail and a commitment to safety - Flexibility to work in various outdoor conditions and travel to different solar sites as needed Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in robotics operation, maintenance, or related fields is preferred - Knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus Required Skills: Robotics operation, Robotics maintenance, System troubleshooting, Solar energy systems Benefits: Health care coverage, Dental and vision, 401(K) participation including company matching, Company paid holidays with unlimited paid time off, Generous discretionary company bonuses, Life and disability protection, Stock compensation
