The Role: Vertical Marketing Manager – Hospitality
We're seeking a creative and driven marketing professional to lead the end-to-end Marketing & Communication strategy for our Hospitality vertical across multiple European markets.
In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in shaping our narrative and building the marketing toolbox. You'll drive measurable results by collaborating closely with Proposition Managers, Product, Sales, Local Marketing, Brand & Communication, and key external partners. This includes owning go-to-market planning for new launches, creating compelling content (from sales decks to videos) , managing global campaigns, and enabling local success through tailored support and strategic alignment.
Location
You’ll report to a manager based in Sweden. You can be based in one of our offices in the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Finland), Italy, or Germany, with a hybrid working model.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the overall Marketing & Communication strategy for the Hospitality vertical, including yearly marketing plans and deliverables
- Own and lead go-to-market planning for new proposition launches, services, and key campaigns in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Partner teams
- Foster strong relationships and collaboration with key partners ensuring strategic alignment and effective stakeholder management to drive vertical success.
- Conduct market research and analysis (e.g., trends, competitor insights, battle cards) to support Proposition and Sales teams
- Create compelling marketing content in English : sales decks, storytelling, videos, landing pages, brochures, and sales guides ; in collaboration with Proposition and Product teams
- Deliver thought leadership content and manage global advertising campaigns for the Hospitality vertical
- Coordinate the vertical’s social media presence and digital marketing efforts, in collaboration with Local Marketing and Global Brand & Comms teams
- Support local marketing teams to tailor and roll out campaigns aligned with local market needs and culture
- Drive content creation for local and regional events, including industry congresses, in close alignment with local marketing teams
- Produce customer success stories, testimonials, and videos for internal and external channels (e.g., website, social media)
- Build and run Business Academy sessions (Laka Insight, Laka Awards etc) for Sales, Product, and Pre-Sales teams on best practices, new solutions, and customer wins
About You
You’re a marketer who thinks strategically and acts creatively, with a deep understanding of how to turn complex ideas into impactful stories and campaigns.
You’re likely to thrive if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, vertical marketing, or communications, preferably within hospitality or payment verticals
- We see additional value with proven experience from hospitality tech solutions (PMS, OBE etc.) and integrated payments
- Know how to build and execute multi-channel marketing plans in a matrixed, international environment
- Are confident creating and managing content and campaigns that resonate with both sales teams and customers
- Thrive in cross-functional environments, using your communication and collaboration skills to align stakeholders and influence decisions without formal authority
- Are hands-on and delivery-oriented, you enjoy moving from strategy to execution
- Are fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
