Why This Role Is Right for You As an AI Transformation and Acceleration Lead, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in all over Europe. We are looking for a visionary and execution-oriented person to drive our enterprise-wide Generative AI (GenAI) transformation, aligning it with Nexi’s platform strategy and long-term business goals. This is a unique opportunity to lead the strategic direction and operational enablement of AI across a pan-European organization, shaping the future of how we operate, innovate, and deliver value.

About Your Future Role In this position, you will:

• Lead the enterprise-wide GenAI transformation in alignment with Nexi’s platform strategy and innovation agenda.
• Shape, own, and execute the AI roadmap, focusing on measurable impact through revenue growth, cost savings, and operational improvements.
• Serve as internal ambassador for AI, driving thought leadership, awareness, and innovation across the business.
• Lead enablement efforts, including training, workshops, and governance frameworks, to ensure ethical and compliant AI adoption
• Act as a cross-functional catalyst, aligning internal teams around AI implementation goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy AI platforms, tools, and use cases across priority areas (e.g., marketing, content, operations).
• Lead the definition of AI-related KPIs, ROI dashboards, and talent transformation models.

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs, preferably in regulated environments
• Visionary thinker with strong operational follow-through
• Exceptional communicator capable of translating technical innovation into business value
• Collaborative leader who can influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

• Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and compliance-aware AI solutions is a strong plus.
• Background in strategic product design, enterprise SaaS/AI enablement, or innovation labs.
• English is essential, and another modern European language
