Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automated patching and update workflows for operating systems, container images, Kubernetes, and software dependencies.
• Develop and operate AI agents and automated workflows that support infrastructure operations, including incident detection, triage, and response.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual on-call workload and improve mean time to recovery (MTTR) through automation.
• Support web services, including Ruby on Rails and Golang applications, through production readiness reviews and operational preparation.
• Monitor production service health, availability, latency, logs, and container-level health signals.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and production incidents, implementing recovery actions across cloud services, databases, regions, and Kubernetes environments.
• Participate in blameless postmortems and turn recurring incidents into automated workflows and AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute code changes to infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to improve service reliability, observability, and availability against SLAs.
• Participate in agile planning, story definition, work estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
