Job Description
Summary: Nexa Behavioral Health is focused on removing barriers to psychiatric care for safety-net healthcare organizations. They are seeking a Sales Development Contractor to prospect and qualify clinic decision-makers across the western United States, with the goal of identifying clinics expanding or building behavioral health programs and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target clinics and decision-makers using industry databases and public records
- Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify prospects using discovery conversations and qualification frameworks
- Book and calendar qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in Salesforce and CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly pipeline and meeting targets
Required Qualifications:
- Proven prospecting and cold outreach experience in B2B sales
- Comfort with rejection and ability to maintain momentum
- Self-directed and disciplined—you manage your own pipeline
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus; willingness to learn is a must
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
