They are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join their Capital Markets team, responsible for conducting financial analysis and providing strategic recommendations. Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling using Argus and Excel - Evaluate and analyze office and commercial real estate properties and portfolios - Assist in producing offering memorandums, broker opinions of value, and compile rent and sale comparable - Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations - Collaborate with client investment and acquisitions teams to support decision-making - Monitor market trends and perform risk assessments Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or other related fields - Some experience in financial analysis - Proficiency in Argus - Proficiency in Excel - Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgement while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy - Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects and complete multiple tasks on schedule - Ability to work productively under minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL and Word - Strong work ethic - Proactive team player able to work efficiently under sometimes stressful conditions - Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organization - Able to travel minimum of 10-20% Preferred Qualifications: - GSE Experience a plus Required Skills: Financial analysis, Argus, Excel Important Skills: Bachelor’s Degree Nice-to-Have Skills: GSE Experience Benefits: Competitive benefits package, Discretionary bonuses, Other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.)
