Summary The Director of Marketing leads New Charter Technologies' marketing function, overseeingNationalstrategy and execution, demand generation,campaigncontentand execution,andMDF.This senior leaderis responsible forbuilding and executing an integrated marketing strategy that drivespipeline, supports the sales organization, and elevates New Charter's presence in the managed services and technology solutions market. Primary Responsibilities Develop and lead New Charter's overarching marketing strategy in alignment with revenue and growthobjectives. Own and manage the marketing budget,allocatingresources across demand generation, brands, and content. Lead and grow the marketing team, including Campaign Managers, MDF Manager, andmarketing communityfunctions. Build andoptimizedemand generation programs across digital, email, events, and partner channels. Oversee market positioning for New Charterand its operating companies. Collaborate with Sales leadership to align marketing programs with pipeline targets and sales plays. Manage co-marketing and MDF programs with key technology partners. Develop content strategy including thought leadership, case studies, sales enablement materials, and web content. Oversee marketing analytics and reporting; track and communicate ROI on marketing investments. Partner with HR on employer brand and talent acquisition marketing efforts. Estimated Compensation Range:$110,000 – $155,000 base (+ performance bonus, TBD) Preferred Skills & Experience 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role. Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and integrated campaign management. Experience in IT services, managed services (MSP), or technology solutionsstronglypreferred. Familiarity with Microsoft partner marketing programs and MDF/co-op funding preferred. Proficiencywith marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM (HubSpot,Salesforce). Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure andoptimizemarketing ROI. Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
