The Fast Track to Management at New York Life is designed for high-achieving professionals who’ve led teams, built businesses, or completed advanced degrees — and are ready to grow into leadership.

We start by investing in you. You’ll begin as a Financial Professional, mastering our suite of insurance, retirement, and investment solutions. After meeting key milestones, you’ll enter a six-month Associate Partner training program designed to help you recruit, coach, and lead your own team of advisors.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the role of a Financial Professional; acquire required licenses and designations
• Transition into leadership within 6-12 months (or sooner- upon meeting requirements)
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire financial professionals to reach their goals
• Drive results while shaping a culture of integrity and excellence
