We are currently hiring for a full-time Bilingual Staffing Recruiter who is interested in starting IMMEDIATELY!

✅ Pay & Shifts Available:

• Starting pay is $16/hour!
• 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri)

✅ Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for recruiting new employees to work at our large warehouse & manufacturing plant.
• Making recruiting calls
• Handling onboarding processes
• Getting applications completed
• MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish).

✅ Minimum Requirements & Desired Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Able to read, write, and communicate in English AND Spanish.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment and independently is essential.
• Must have a computer with excellent internet connection.
• Must be efficient with Google Sheets, Microsoft, etc.
• Action oriented – results driven.
• Math Skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Resume is required for this position.

✅ Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to communicate in English & Spanish.
• Staffing recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.
