PREVIOUS ASSISTED LIVING EXPERIENCE AND RN LICENSE IS MANDATORY

This is the dream role you have been seeking!

Not only will you be able to take your solid Assisted Living experience as a Resident Care Director/Wellness Director to new levels as you will have a fabulous Memory Care Director and Reflections Manager reporting to you, with a first class Regional and Local Regional Specialist supporting your efforts, plus an Assistant Director.

With additional staff supporting you to include 6 Nurses and multiple Aides, you will be working Monday to Friday giving you a opportunity to connect with your 80 residents, have fantastic benefits including a promote from within policy. As this is a newer operation, you will be able to put your own stamp on the team as you will be able to select some of your staff as you will have a chance to add to staff. No worrying about overwork, as your Regional team will be in place to assist with training new hires and onboarding, you will never feel overwhelmed.

80 lucky Residents choose from a plethora of personally designed activities to choose from plus a unique resident activity and stimulating program.

Each resident is provided with a kaleidoscope of entertainment, sports, activity options that they enjoyed throughout their life!

If jazz music was their favorite, they are provided the jazz music they always loved daily and even options for outside community jazz events!
