Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Modern Workplace Engineer / Architect to lead the administration, support,

design, and architecture of Microsoft's modern workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep

technical expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint

management, while also providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for critical enterprise environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, automation, and solution design capabilities, with the ability to architect

scalable and secure solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support and technical leadership for enterprise workplace technologies.
• Design, implement, and maintain solutions across Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, and

Intune.

• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex production incidents.
• Architect secure identity, endpoint management, and cloud solutions aligned with business and security

requirements.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Support Microsoft Intune device lifecycle management, application deployment, compliance policies, and

security controls.

• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and

related administrative functions.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver technology initiatives and

operational improvements.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident response activities.

• 8-12 years of experience in Microsoft Infrastructure and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Proven experience handling enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in US shift timings and participate in on-call support rotations.
