Senior Project Manager at Neuiq Technologies in Mumbai (All Areas)

Role overview: This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery of quantitative research projects coordinate study setup, survey programming and QC, field / panel management, tabulation handoff, and client communications — ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, quality and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day delivery of quantitative studies (tracker, ad tests, product tests, U&A, segmentation), ensuring on-time, on-spec delivery.
• Act as a single point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders; run client calls, manage expectations, and handle change requests.
• Coordinate with survey programmers and QA teams to implement questionnaires in Qualtrics, ConfirmIT, Decipher, IOM (or equivalents); ensure correct routing, quotas, and device compatibility.
• Oversee soft launch / pilot, monitor field progress and resolve field issues (panels, incentive, sample quality), escalate as required.
• Validate incoming data deliverables, review tabulations, liaise with analytics / tabulation teams for clean datasets and cross-tabs.
• Drive process improvements and automation for recurring tasks (templates, checklists, reporting automation) and maintain project documentation (SOWs, timelines, runbooks).
• Support resource allocation, vendor negotiation and budget tracking for individual projects.

Key Skills:
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Market Research, Business Analytics, or Operations Management.
• Ability to plan, track, and deliver multiple research projects on schedule while managing priorities.
• Familiarity with platforms like (Qualtrics, Decipher, PureSpectrum etc.)
• Covers programming, scripting, logic, and database concepts that are useful for survey programming.
• Hands-on involvement in client/stakeholder management, timelines, budgets, and QC protocols.
• AI Literacy - Ability to understand and leverage AI tools to automate workflows, enhance data quality, and improve efficiency across the research project lifecycle.
