Job Description
The Cloud Subscription Data Management (CSDM) team owns the global subscription-plan details for Oracle Cloud customers. The team creates and maintains subscription plans and performs other critical activities that support cloud renewals, new business, and core operations that accelerate Oracle’s revenue recognition.
CSDM is part of the Customer Data Operations organization, focused on improving customer experience through stronger data quality, standardized and simplified global customer-data processes, and a consistent view of customers. The team is guided by SPARC values in delivering timely, accountable, customer-focused outcomes and building trust across stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the team meets defined service-level commitments for productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
- Manage projects through the full development lifecycle, including risk identification, mitigation, and closure.
- Lead CSDM projects and stakeholder calls with sound knowledge of Oracle Cloud business processes.
- Provide process guidance on order booking, provisioning, invoicing, and terminations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and strengthen customer-centric ways of working.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver shared objectives and improve operational synergies.
- Apply cross-functional insights to enhance future processes and operating practices.
- Own executive customer escalations, drive cross-functional resolution, and ensure closure.
