Field Application Engineer (FAE) at Netport Systems in Bengaluru

Role & responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers on product selection, specifications, application and integration.
• Support customer design teams to achieve design-ins and design-wins, and track the number of design-wins that convert to commercial billing as a primary success metric.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, evaluations and proof-of-concepts.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable components/solutions from the company's portfolio.
• Work with the sales team on technical aspects of opportunities, BOMs and cross-references.
• Liaise with principals/manufacturers' FAEs for technical queries, samples, FAQs and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot field/application issues and provide root-cause analysis and corrective support.
• Conduct technical training for customers and internal sales teams.
• Stay updated on new products, technologies and competitor offerings.
