In Home Caregiver at NestWell Health LLC in Triangle, VA

We're looking for one specific caregiver for one specific client: Living with dementia in Triangle, VA, whose family is closely involved, loving, and present. They're not looking for someone to just supervise a schedule. They're looking for someone who genuinely understands dementia care and can bring patience, warmth, and steadiness to her days.

What this role needs:

• Real, hands-on experience caring for someone with dementia. Comfort and confidence with the daily realities of it (repetition, redirection, memory changes, mood shifts)
• A calm, patient presence who can meet her where she is each day
• Comfort working alongside an engaged family who will be present and supportive
• Occasional transportation support as needed
• CNA certification preferred but not required. Experience is what matters most here

Schedule: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday — permanent, ongoing
Location: Triangle, VA
