Join Nestlé Nordics – We are looking for the Power of YOU!

Are you a strong communicator with an interest in marketing and digital engagement? Do you speak Finnish and have some knowledge of Swedish? Then this is your opportunity to represent some of the world’s most loved brands – like KitKat, NESCAFÉ, Nesquik, and Cheerios – and gain hands-on experience in brand communication while you study.

Working at Nestlé: We are the largest food company in the world, focusing on nutrition, health, and wellness. Nestlé Nordics is a community where people truly matter. We value every aspect of you, from your talents to your personal experiences.

Your Role:

As our new Student Worker, you will play a key role in representing Nestlé’s voice towards our Nordic consumers. You will help shape how people experience and interact with some of our most loved brands, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality and care we stand for.

Based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will join the Nordic Marketing & Consumer Communications team, collaborating closely with marketing and communication specialists across the region. In this role, you will report to the Nordic Consumer Engagement Services Manager and contribute to making the consumer perspective an integral part of how we develop and communicate our brands.

What you will be doing:

• Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with consumers in Finnish and Swedish across digital channels such as social media, email, web platforms, and occasionally also phone.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent, and empathetic communication that strengthens brand perception and consumer trust.
• Capture and translate consumer interactions into valuable insights, helping our teams better understand trends, needs, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to flag and follow up on product-related matters.
• Support the development and execution of consumer engagement initiatives, contributing ideas on how we can improve the way we connect with our audiences.

What's in it for YOU? A unique student role where you gain hands-on experience in brand communication and consumer engagement, working with well-known brands, while building skills relevant for a future career in marketing or communications.

Working hours & flexibility:

• Approx. 15 hours per week (typically across two weekdays)
• Flexible scheduling to fit around your studies
• 1-2 monthly weekend shifts (3 hours) with flexible timing

Compensation:

• DKK 184/hour (weekdays)
• DKK 750 per weekend shift
• Pension contribution

Plus:

• Modern office located right by Ørestad station (easy access from Copenhagen and Malmö)
• Subsidized canteen with a variety of options
• On-site gym and fitness classes
• Unlimited coffee (of course!)

We are looking for: To thrive in this role, you...

• Ideally, have at least two years left of your university-level studies (or equivalent).
• Are fluent in Finnish and speak some Swedish. We do not expect you to be fluent in Swedish, but this role is a great opportunity to further strengthen your Swedish skills!
• Feel comfortable communicating in English, as this is our primary working language within Nestlé.
• Have a genuine interest in marketing and communications.
• Take ownership of your tasks and learn quickly, as you will be working with a variety of exciting brands.
• Show curiosity and enthusiasm for discovering new opportunities and making a meaningful impact.

Experience with tools like Outlook, content calendars, TINT, or Talkwalker will be considered a plus, but this is not a requirement.
