Summary: Nerdio is a company dedicated to simplifying the lives of IT professionals and maximizing their Microsoft cloud investments. The AI Operations & SDR Intern will support strategic programs by integrating AI into workflows and assist the SDR team with operational and reporting needs. Responsibilities: - Support ongoing programs by layering AI tools into workflows and processes - Produce weekly reports and maintain data accuracy across systems - Perform data entry and database management tasks - Assist with basic coding tasks and automation projects (training provided) - Support Frank and Alyssa with operational and reporting needs on the SDR team - Take on SDR-focused responsibilities as assigned, with growth toward hands-on prospecting - Track customer and prospect interactions within CRM tools Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) - Basic coding knowledge (Python, SQL, or willingness to learn) - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) - Interest in sales, business development, or go-to-market functions - Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and cloud services Required Skills: AI tools, Microsoft Excel Important Skills: Basic coding, CRM systems Nice-to-Have Skills: Interest in sales, Microsoft Azure Benefits: Competitive Base and Incentive Plan, Stock Options, Health and Welfare Plans*, Life and Disability Plans*, Retirement Plan*, Unlimited Flexible Paid Time Off, including your birthday off!, Collaborative Team Culture
