About the Role

We are looking for a HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, stakeholder coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through Naukri and other recruitment platforms/tools.
• Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidates based on role-specific criteria.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders/hiring managers regarding recruitment requirements and candidate updates.
• Conduct regular candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and stakeholders.
• Track candidate pipelines and ensure timely movement of candidates across recruitment stages.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities and reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support other recruitment-related activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing processes.
• Hands-on experience with or willingness to learn Naukri, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates who can commit to the complete 6-month internship will be preferred.
• Prior internship/exposure in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment will be an added advantage.
