Frontend Engineer (Next JS)

NeoITO is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with 10+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering modular, maintainable solutions in collaborative, distributed team environments.

Availability: Must be available to work in CST(6.30 PM- 3.30AM IST)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  
  
• Architect and implement Micro Frontend solutions to enable modular development and deployment.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences.
  
  
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.
  
  
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalable frontend patterns.
  
  
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex UI/UX issues efficiently.

• Integrate and customize CoreMedia CMS components for enterprise-grade digital experience platforms.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
  
  
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  
  
• Good to have experience with Micro Frontend architecture (e.g., Module Federation, Single-SPA).
  
  
• Proficiency in state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.).
  
  
• Familiarity with modern bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack).
  
  
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control best practices.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in distributed teams.
  
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
