They are seeking a motivated Cloud Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in AWS and Azure cloud environments, supporting real-world projects that drive business success. Responsibilities: - Maintains Cloud infrastructure to meet business objectives - Implements technical solutions, specifications and documentation for various sized projects or daily support initiatives - Works with multiple customers, stakeholders and system owners to produce requirements, determine feasibility, analyze cost/benefits requirements and recommend design solution options - Provides technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge - Completes routine preventative measures - Logs analysis, vulnerability reviews and penetration assessments, as well as maintains/monitoring network security - Assists in regulatory body attestations to maintain on premise compliance - Document processes, create user guides, and contribute to team knowledge bases Required Qualifications: - Working towards an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - Foundational or working knowledge of Amazon Web Service or Microsoft Azure - 3+ years of hands-on IT experience related to computers, networking, and security - Ability to troubleshoot Windows or Linux OS basic issues - Code deployment pipeline exposure – building and/or troubleshooting pipeline and repository issues - Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code platform experience - Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, PowerShell) - Foundational understanding of networking concepts, such as subnetting, default gateways, DNS resolution, firewalling, and route tables - Strong analytical, judgement and problem-solving skills - Strong oral and written communication skills Required Skills: AWS, Azure, Troubleshooting Important Skills: Terraform, Scripting, Networking concepts Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical skills, Communication skills Benefits: One-on-one mentorship, Competitive pay, Casual dress, Flexible schedule, Intern-specific programming, Meaningful work experience
