Summary: The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a motivated individual to join their Office of Economic Assistance team as the Program Integrity Resource Developer. This role involves monitoring childcare subsidy providers for compliance with regulations, conducting inspections, and providing training to ensure quality service delivery. Responsibilities: - Conduct unannounced inspections in child care provider’s homes and center facilities - Apply regulations and policies when conducting inspections - Calculate billing units on child care provider attendance calendars - Create reports and report out to administration - Provide subsidy billing training to child care providers Required Qualifications: - Post high school coursework/training in social work, sociology, counseling, guidance, psychology, child development or related field and experience in resource development, eligibility determination or contract monitoring within a public service organization - Bachelor's degree in any of the fields listed above Preferred Qualifications: - Able to work independently and as a team - Good communication, both written and verbally - Basic math skills - Experience with child care subsidy and/or licensing - Ability to read, understand and apply regulations and policies - Experiences conducting inspections (i.e. home, child care programs, etc.) Required Skills: Social work, Contract monitoring Important Skills: Child care subsidy, Regulations application, Inspection experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Basic math skills Benefits: We offer a comprehensive package of pay, benefits, paid time off, retirement and professional development opportunities to help you get the most out of your career and life., Check out all that the State of Nebraska has to offer!
