Summary We are seeking an AI Full-Stack Developer to innovate and enhance our internal company processes by building and scaling automation solutions using AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems. This role is instrumental in delivering practical automation solutions, integrating AI capabilities with our tools and services, and connecting workflows across various systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, tackling both quick wins and complex automation challenges. Responsibilities Build AI-driven automation solutions using LLMs, APIs, and agent frameworks. Develop systems for document processing, data extraction, and operational workflows automation. Design and implement multi-step automated workflows connecting AI models and internal services. Integrate automation solutions with internal systems like HR, finance, dashboards, and ticketing tools. Deliver and iterate on practical automation solutions, from simple AI assistant integrations to complex agent-based workflows. Train and support internal teams in using and optimizing the systems developed. Collaborate with the Technical Team Lead, Product Manager, and IT teams on architecture, implementation, and system integration. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners or vendors. Required Skills 5+ years of software engineering experience. Proficient in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React. Experience working across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments. Experience building backend services and API integrations. Experience with LLM APIs or AI-based services. Familiarity with AI developer ecosystems and automation platforms. Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude. Ability to work independently and deliver results without needing constant supervision. Knowledge of workflow automation systems or distributed architectures. Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI agents or multi-step AI workflows. Experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or LLM orchestration frameworks. Experience integrating with enterprise systems or internal business tools. Familiarity with event-driven architectures, queues, and task orchestration systems. Experience teaching non-technical users to leverage systems they have built or improved.
