Universal Pictures Content Group (UPCG) is an independent mini-studio within the infrastructure of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group (UFEG) and distribution footprint of NBCUniversal. Universal Pictures Content Group are excited to be hiring a Team Coordinator to play a key role supporting the team with strong organisation, initiative, and enthusiasm. This role will provide essential administrative, project, and research support across a fast-paced, collaborative business.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administrative Support
Organisation of meetings and diary management for 3 VP's
Travel management: booking all aspects of trips, providing itineraries, and ensuring travel expenses are submitted for 3 VP's
Prep relevant exec with information required for calls and meetings
Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the Senior Management Team
Proactively manage all administrative tasks, such as filing, minute taking, payment processing, and updating and managing document databases as required
Project Management
Support with the creation of internal information packs for submission to relevant departments e.g TVD and Theatrical Teams
Liaising with internal teams to ensure all information is shared and up to date i.e. relevant marketing updated, production trackers and legal allocation trackers
Support creating external pitch decks and sales material. Producing PowerPoint presentations as required
Research and Support
Conduct market and competitive research
Identify new content and distribution opportunities as well as spot new trends from relevant industry publications
Attend industry events, screening, and licensor meetings, as required
Maintain database such as sales agents, producers, talent, agencies, artists, co-financiers, ideas, development partners, commissioning network etc
Provide timely reporting to the team on title and talent information
qualifications
A genuine passion for content
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Can-do attitude, positive, honest and reliable
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions and at all levels within the organisation
Self-starter with a proactive attitude, be on top of the work and team priorities to anticipate line managers’ needs
Excellent communications skills – ability to lead constructive dialogue with sensitivity and tact
Able to manage under pressure and conflicting demands as well as prioritise tasks from several managers
Entrepreneurial mind-set - flexible, discreet and good at problem solving
Skilled super-user of Microsoft office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
