This internship provides the opportunity to work with the IT Reporting & Analytics team to compile, analyze, and measure results of data, preparing insightful reports and presentations for service areas. Responsibilities: - Perform data analysis to identify and analyze opportunities for continual service improvement - Perform strong visualizations through the creation of reports, charts, and graphs - Perform other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree related to Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or other related field - Experience with Data Analysis, Business Analysis and/or Process Re-engineering - Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience documenting processes, editing, and reviewing documents - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including intermediate knowledge of Excel formulas and pivot tables - Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and effective interpersonal relationships - Demonstrates dependability and adherence to process standards, and compliance with company policy and procedure Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics module and dashboard development - Experience with business intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI Required Skills: Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Tableau, Power BI
