As a Junior Finance Operations Specialist in Navan’s Reconciliation Team, you will support the accurate matching of financial transactions and travel bookings, helping to safeguard the integrity of our records. This entry-level position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals eager to develop foundational skills in finance operations within a dynamic, international environment. What You'll Do: Assist with the preparation and review of credit card statements. Integrate data from multiple sources into Excel files, utilizing basic formulas. Perform manual data enrichment and update records as required. Support the identification and matching of bookings to transactions using our booking tool and transaction reports, even with limited data. Contribute to daily reconciliation tasks as part of a collaborative team. What We're Looking For: You are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You approach data tasks with accuracy and reliability, adapting quickly to new processes and challenges. You enjoy problem-solving, communicate clearly in English, and work comfortably with office software in a multicultural setting. At least 1 year of experience in finance, data entry, or administration (internships and student roles are welcome). Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
