What you'll do
You’ll be responsible for identifying, tracking, managing and mitigating any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies. You’ll lead the analysis of problem and opportunity statements and prepare estimates for approval, leading the creation of a financial business case
You’ll also manage and report on project costs and make sure the project is completed within allotted budgets.
It’ll also be your responsibility to:
Prepare and take ownership for all project plans, controls and resource plans
Lead and define a project initiation document or equivalent Agile artefact, ensuring that the solution clearly supports and is aligned to the company’s strategic goals
Analyse problem and opportunity statements and prepare estimates for approval, supporting the creation of a financial business case
Track and report on project costs and make sure the project is completed within allotted budgets
Make sure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed governance framework
The skills you'll need
You’ll need an appropriate project management qualification and proven change management experience.
You’ll also need:
Experience of delivering programme management in a technology or IT function using Agile methodology and associated toolsets and methodologies as well as Waterfall methods where required
Strong experience in establishing and enforcing PMO frameworks, project governance, templates, and methodologies to ensure consistent delivery across initiatives
Proven ability to drive integrated project plans, milestones, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and to produce executive dashboards and status reports for stakeholders
Strong experience in budgeting and forecasting, tracking actuals against plan, and coordinating resource allocation and capacity planning across projects and programs
Strong experience in driving continuous improvement, identifying process enhancements, running cadence ceremonies such as SteerCo and QBRs, supporting audits and compliance, and coaching PMs and teams to improve delivery maturity
