Manager PMKVY - TOT at National… · New Delhi

The position is responsible for implementing large scale Central Sector skill initiatives of Ministry / Govt. Department, and scheme but also in amalgamation of various Government schemes being implemented by NSDC. Incumbent will be responsible for implementing projects, data management & analysis, documentation, manage plethora of stakeholders, preparing analytical reports and presentations. The position requires someone who is a self-starter, motivated and quick learner who is eager to learn and looking forward to a thriving professional experience in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

• Develop new proposals, design and steering and implementing of projects
• Understand project requirements and ability to work in tight timelines
• Liaise with all relevant stakeholders including Government, private, beneficiaries and other stakeholders
• Proactively mitigate potential risks, develop new ideas and solve operational challenges
• Manage multiple competing demands within timelines
• Data management and analyzing primary and secondary data-sets
• Support on system development for implementation
• Capacity building of stakeholders
• Monitoring and data quality checking of the primary as well as secondary channel
• Data management & coordination with internal teams
• Prepare ToR/RFP/EoI on themes related to skill development as per requirement
• Knowledge regarding data mining, reporting and representation in a more dynamic way
• Manage documentation and reporting
• Develop process documents, testimonial, best practices etc
• Open to travel as per requirement
