Receiving Specialist I at Natera in San Carlos, CA

Summary: Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, dedicated to oncology, women’s health, and organ health. They are seeking a Receiving Specialist I to accept and process deliveries, ensuring items are stored correctly and discrepancies are resolved. Responsibilities: - Receiving and signing for deliveries, compare purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists - Organize and store received items in appropriate areas, update inventory with received items - Process and record corresponding transactions in Oracle - Work collaboratively with the team to resolve any discrepancies - Handling returns of miss-shipped or damaged merchandise - Other duties as assigned by manager Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED - 1-2 years of receiving experience in a distribution or warehouse environment or similar experience - Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Spreadsheet and ERP, preferably Oracle - Basic math skills, and the ability to utilize sound judgment and reasoning capabilities to resolve problems - Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment - Ability to communicate, both orally and written, in a professional manner - Ability to lift up to 60lbs - Ability to work and operate a pallet jack - At times may be required to work outside normal working hours Required Skills: Receiving experience, Warehouse Management Systems, Oracle Important Skills: Basic math skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving, Communication skills Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) with company match, Generous paid time off and company holidays, Additional wellness and work-life benefits, Life and disability plans for eligible employees and their dependents, Free testing in addition to fertility care benefits, Pregnancy and baby bonding leave, Commuter benefits, Generous employee referral program
