Job Description
Summary: Nasdaq is a leading global technology company that is seeking a Business Development Representative to support their growth in private capital markets. In this role, you will receive hands-on sales coaching while identifying key growth opportunities and building relationships with senior executives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the senior sales team to identify and pursue key growth opportunities
- Develop expertise in Nasdaq's Private Fund Solutions and share insights with clients and prospects
- Contact senior executives to arrange meetings and drive interest in solution demos
- Monitor capital markets trends and build deep knowledge of private markets and investor relations
- Manage outbound campaigns across the region and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
- Results-driven mindset and comfort working in a performance-based environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of finance, investment management, or capital markets
- Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or private markets
