This role involves managing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions for multiple locations to ensure accurate and timely financial operations within our automotive business.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments efficiently and accurately
• Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection from customers
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial processes
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Tekion preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
