FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Full-Time)

THE POSITION
We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead the team responsible for maintaining the buildings, grounds and facilities that support Naples Airport. This hands-on leadership position oversees daily maintenance activities, preventive maintenance, projects and contractors while ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Some of the position duties include:
- Supervises daily facilities maintenance operations and employees.
- Assigns and inspects work and coordinates schedules and priorities.
- Oversees preventive maintenance, work orders and asset management activities.
- Coordinates maintenance projects and contractor activities.
- Identifies maintenance and safety concerns and ensures appropriate corrective action.
- Trains, coaches and develops Facilities Maintenance employees.
- Supports airport operations during emergencies, outages and other operational needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree in a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
- Minimum seven years of progressively responsible facilities, building, construction or maintenance experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
- Advanced knowledge of facilities maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance and skilled trades.
- Experience coordinating maintenance operations, projects and contractors.
- Proficiency with computer applications and work order/asset management systems.
- Working knowledge of FAA and OSHA requirements; OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification required within 90 days.
- Valid Florida driver’s license with driving record meeting Authority standards.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Starting Salary: $79,834 annually
