REQUIREMENTS:
Total Experience 5.5 + years.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 17 and core backend development.
Proficient in building microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central integrations.
Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP).
Strong expertise in middleware platforms like Boomi.
Hands-on experience in file-based integrations using SFTP, CSV, and XML.
Experience with EDI integrations and carrier connectivity (834/820 standards).
Experience integrating UKG with ADP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, NetSuite, and SAP S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals modules.
Good knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
Exposure to full integration lifecycle including SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
Strong understanding of scalable, secure, and high-performance integration architecture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
UKG Integration Certification is mandatory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions for UKG platforms.
Develop and manage inbound/outbound integrations, APIs, and batch interfaces.
Configure and support middleware, SFTP, and file-based integrations.
Integrate UKG systems with payroll, ERP, HRIS, and benefits platforms.
Collaborate with functional teams across Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals modules.
Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Manage EDI connectivity setup, carrier testing, and certification processes.
Participate in requirements gathering, SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
Ensure integration security, monitoring, error handling, and compliance standards.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and third-party vendors for successful delivery.
Drive issue resolution, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
